Additional Doc: Aug 16
Replied: Aug 17
Decision phase Aug 18
Work Permit Expiry: Oct 17
Procedural Fairness letter requesting additional documets (paystub + t4): Nov 11
Replied: Nov 11
NLA Status email: (No longer available for nomination) due to old express entry profile. Nov 25
Replied to NLA status with new express entry : Nov 25
2nd email requesting the original Express entry issuance letter + job seeking validation code: Nov 28
Replied: Nov 28

Nomination: Nov 30

I have 600 points added towards my express entry profile with now at CRS at 1018. It took roughly 22 hours after accepting nomination from OINP. I haven't got ITA as I might have missed it by around 3-5 hours.

If you dont mind me asking, when did you apply for OINP, also how did you apply to them regarding the NLA status with new express entry : Nov 25...

Was it via email? and how long did they take to reply to that?
Because i got a similar email, 8 days ago and i have replied via email, and have not received a response since then

I replied via email, but called OINP to confirm if they received it. Make sure to CC ontarionominee@ontario.ca in all your inquiries. If you havent already, forward them your sent emails and call them. I know it's a pain getting an answer via phone, but you have to be patient and call as many times as possible. Eventually someone will pick up the phone.

Congrats on being nominated brother.

I got 2nd additional doc request on 28th November for payslips and confirming the NOC and i replied on 29th Nov.

A couple of hours after i replied to their email i also got an NLA Expiry status (29th NOV) and i replied to them same time along with the Letter from IRCC with EE number and job code and profile acknowledgment.

This wait is killer and just expecting my nomination around the corner. Any feedback?

Thanks so much! i have to hassle my lawyer to hassle them! Getting in touch with OINP is one thing - Getting the lawyer to do it is another! such a pain - hope this nightmare is over soon...

My timeline is similar to yours. I got additional doc request on nov 5 but no response so i email again on nov 23 and saying that - hey, i emailed you guys but no reply. I also forwarded the documents again. This time i got a confirmation email. And on nov 30 nomination.

NLA status is a good news. That means they were very close to nomination but some inconsistencies that need to be clarified. You will most likely be nominated soon if you sent all the required documents and there are no confusions or issues. I searched for NLA threads and every single one of them ended with positive outcome.

I really recommend staying away from forum while you're waiting. Do NOT check obsessively. Also, do NOT compare your timelines with others as it will slowly eat you from the inside. The officers are inconsistent and some take forever. Do not let that affect you. Just make sure to check your mail regularly and keep yourself busy with other shenanigans. You will be caught off guard by the nomination email and it will be a nice feeling (to say the least.)
