I got the following email today, Please suggest the next steps and how to get the refund.

"Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).



In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.



To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at: WES Website You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report."

OK so this report is different to the hard copy report you sent...
in WES , there is an option to create duplicate WES report access for OINP... you need to login to WES, click on upgrade report i believe and select duplicate report... here you need to select receipient as MCIIT... it costs $75 to create access for OINP, however you are eligible for $34 refund later from WES (you have to contact them and give details saying you need refund as you are not requesting paper report)

the exact process is on one of the threads somewhere, if you are still confused and cant find it on the WES page, PM me, i will try and guide you

My job responsibilities (My job title doesn't have a NOC so I had to choose the one close) Officer was trying to understand my title.
Start Date, Last Salary received

I am hoping to get nominated before the end of the week as well (fingers-crossed)

My employer got call from OINP that lasts for only 5 - 7 min...

I have been a silent follower of this group

Got my Nomination today...Finally a big relief....600 points added right away. Below is my timeline:

Inland - CEC ( On PGWP - Expiring June 2017 )

OINP Application sent: 7 Jan 2016
OINP Application Received: 11th Jan, 2016
AOR: 13th July, 2016
Additional Documentation Request: NA
My employer got a call on 28th October 2016 ( Employment verification )
Decision Phase Email: 28th October, 2016
Nomination: 31st October, 2016
