Hi

Yesterday I was filling a new EE profile ( mine is going to expire in November, I applied to PNP on Jan 07, they have requested me extra docs this week) and I realized I worked from 11/2013 to 11/2014 in Canada, so it will complete 3 years next month , will I lose 40 points regarding to the Canadian experience ? I currently have 437 in this case will I be disqualified? Please let me know how they count the experience

@nitishdesh: I haven't received any additional doc request.. moreover I already submitted my ECA report back in January as part of OINP change.

Additional docs requested were latest pay stubs, T4 and NOA of 2015.
The officer was very nice. She said they are working weekends to clear the applications soon.

I didn't call them. They called me.
They had sent a mail asking for relevant time to talk. But even before I reply to that email, I got a call from the officer.

@sivasagi: Well I was...but there nothing we can do than waiting....and after getting that email and call from OINP.. I fill bit relief.

Sandy... that's a great news.. so they started already with Jan files... you would get nomination by next week..

My company lawyers processed my work permit. I originally got it for 3 years and now every 2 years they will renew it till I hit 7 years - after which I have to leave Canada

NOTE :- I can work for 7 years in Canada on a work permit - Intra company Transfer

"Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).



In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.



To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at: WES Website You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report."

Do following:
1. Make new EE profile and activate it (attention except of your new IELTS it should have the same history)
2. Notify Ontario about it saying that you passed new test but were too late to update your profile.
And thats it. Usually they are prompt with updating new EE in your documents.
You shall be OK with that.
