Hello Seniors,

I got an email from Express Entry (MCI) with the title "Notification - Referral of Nominee Application to the Decision Phase (MR) stating that my file has been referred to a senior processing officer for a decision.

I haven't received any additional doc request neither I received call from officer, So my questions here:

- Are they going to call me for any query as my friend receives call before he got this email
- Should I worry as they haven't send any email for any additional doc request. I already submitted my ECA copy

And if everything is OK then till when I can expect my nomination..? My friend gets his nomination in 2 weeks after this email

I am 7th Jan applicant, CEC Inland.

Please share your thoughts/suggestion

It is worrisome that your work permit has been expired while officer hasn't been back to you. But it maybe come anytime now if they don't reject you for this long time I wish you good luck.

BTW, are you in implied status now ?

Yes, I applied for another work permit, but I am not confident, it will get approved, Hopefully I get nomination before rejection.

Hi Rajkamalmohanram. I ordered the duplicate report to OINP in July, right before I got my AOR. Now the order has completed. Does that mean I cannot request for refund now? Thanks.

I requested refund after 4 months amd I got it in 1 week.

1. My CIC profile has expired & I have created a new one and I am about to draft my letter of Explanation. What do I write in the content? ps help shall I just say that my account has expired and I needed to create 1. any samples for explanation letter will be a great help

2. MY IELTS has expired as well as I took my test in October18th 2014! Therefore, I have scheduled to take the test on November 3rd 2016 Question is do you think it will complicate things? hopefully I will get my result by Mid November 2016.

I don't think your new EE profile would be valid without IELTS or expired IELTS score. Also, you need to maintain at least 400 points in your EE profile. I think you should wait till results of IELTS. Also, take opinions of other members.
