Hello friends and experts, I am a January Oinp FSW candidate..having being delivered my application on 7th January which was followed by AOR on 7th July.I have just received a mail stating the requirement of duplicate WES ECA report. I am the principal applicant and have forwarded the copy of ECA for myself and my spouse too. Now my query is do I need to authorise WES reports with Oinp/Cic for both of us or for me only? Since nothing regarding WES of my wife is written in email. Kindly guide

I understand IRCC are quite thorough with their Background Checks, so if you say you're currently employed by XYZ and have been for the last 3 months I think they'll want some sort of evidence, like your offering letter and payslips. It's not for the points, but just to make sure there are no gaps in your personal history. Anyway, like I said you may be right and be able to get away without providing any evidence, but I wouldn't risk it as I figure that if you provide them with all the information they wont ask you for more and you process will be faster...

Thanks a lot for additional info. I read the Checklist for the PR application and letters from all jobs in the last 10 years are required. So no doubt about that. My opinion is that it wouldn't be so smart to find a new job and then state that I am unemployed since I would probably have to prove it, with a statement of unemployment or by sending a copy of my workbook.

I admit it would be a lot easier if I didn't have to inform them because it is hard to get a permanent job and then tell the employer I could probably go abroad in the next 6 months or so. Will have to think about this, but that is another topic

Hi guys - I have a weird problem. I sent my application under FSW on the 28th of February and received my AOR on Aug 22nd, 2016. However, on Sept 30th, I got a notification from my express entry profile that it is now invalid. Upon checking, it turns out my language scores had expired. I immediately signed up for another test and got my test results on the 18th of October and made a new express entry profile. I faxed OINP with my new express entry profile number and test scores o the 19th of October asking them to link my new profile to my existing app. However, there is no way to confirm if they'll accept it. Did anyone face a similar situation? Do they accept cases like this and will they link my existing app or reject it?

Any help and insight will be truly appreciated...thanks!

Yes they will link it.

Try calling them and ask for status of your request.

They received my doc on 12th jan
Got AOR on 14th july with a new DD request
sent new DD on 18th july received it on 21st july, the DD got cleared on 5th august no receipt received yet.
