I believe each EE profile is Valid up to One Year ? Some of us would be approaching this threshold really soon, which OINP would ask us to send them a package and explaining why a NEW EE is required. <- repeat and repeat

Yup - This would again be a problem. Once they issue nomination and the profile expires before getting an ITA, OINP would have to transfer the nomination to a new profile. This would be additional headache for them and they would have to hire more people to take care of this problem! Gosh!

They haven't asked for anything. I wish to sent an old employment proof (which I managed to gather now only) certificate voluntarily. This is not critical as I have other foreign work-ex of 3+ years for which I have already sent proof.

What kind of additional documents OINP has asked for?

You can send them over email at ontarionominee@ontario.ca and expressentry@ontario.ca along with you AOR file reference number and explanation letter and email in which they have asked for additional doc.

If its volunteer then file# and LOE

I would give you an advice to not to send anything else if ur given documents are sufficient, to support your profile unless adding more experience adds more points to your application.

Hi there,

I have a couple of questions. I am a January applicant I am pretty sure I wont get nominated before nov and my permit expires on NOV 30th.

Do I need to have a valid status during the process. seems like bridging WP and visitors visa wont get approved. So do I need to apply for student visa at this time?? will the restoration status work??

And I reside in Alberta. Do I need to move to Ontario during my nomination??

Please advise.

It doesn't give me anymore points. But in my EE profile I had saved this company's information and the work-ex I have had over there. So rather than deleting that work-ex detail from EE profile, I thought I would rather provide proof even though it doesn't benefit me in anyway.

It would be better if you keep 16040XX(t-sd) - the last two digits aren't important.

Why 5000 ? ;D just 4000
Anyway, the total quota is 5500.
However, if we assume that file numbers are running for all streams , than they must have been issuing AORs for all applicants simultaneously, including paper-based steams. If that is true, there are around 1500 AORs left , and with the speed of 40 AORs per day they should finish sending it within 1.5 month.

I also think that around 10% of all apllicants are here on the forum. Looks at the Jan list: there are 163 people, if I'm correct, there would be something like 16046XX at the end of the list (it started with 16030XX). Feb list have 100~ people , so it would be 56XX. March list have 50 applicants which leads to 16061XX. ??? They might start new number line like 170xxxx when they will reach 1605500.

Another thing is that AORS are issued by temporary staff. But what permanent employees are doing? They have already checked March applicants coz most of them have been reviewed and accepted. So, I guess they are finishing those with expiring WP. When it is done, they will not have any other option but to start working on other applicants, starting with Oct 2015(or even Sep 2015 , which will cross a YEAR in 3 weeks ).

Otherwise, we have a problem as they have only 2700 nominations for EE stream.
