You can count on 15 days to 20 days from the day your new DD was sent, as informed by others.

Updated it for two people. Once you re-post today for new people who receive AORs, I'll delete the list I posted, to avoid cluttering.

Hello Good People ,

I have question related to ECA. My ECA is from WES. I have submitted copy of ECA report along with application package.

Through this forum, I came to know that we need to send duplicate copy of ECA report also directly from WES to Ontario Immigration. I have not yet done that beacuse My application was first sent in October 2015.

Just to be safe I decided to do that and I just ordered my duplicated/ additional report to WES & in the receipt they billed me 30$. Not sure about this ?

The completed application I received reads in summary that the duplicate report will be delivered via e-delivery TO CIC 1 Report to OINP ... Is this correct ?

My question is : I saw another page in the webpage where you can order and it was asking for 75 $
ECA Duplicate Report Package $ 30.00
1 Additional Report(s) $ 30.00
Delivery Option: Standard Delivery $ 7.00
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) 13% $ 8.71
______
Total Cost: $ 75.71

Which one is the right one? and if not correct how do I get my money back.

Please help with the right procedure to follow.

This is perfect . previously they automatically took the figure of 75.71 but they refunded everyone later on. So you are fine.

Raise your query via feedback form available in WES. Do mention your WES reference number and ask for refund, for the copy they sent to CIC which you didn't ask.

2) Log out from your Account and wait for about 10-15 mins (This is an imp step else your next payment of CAD 20 odd will not show)

3) Log in again and go to Modify your order, There select Domestic Overnight and pay the fees. Ones the payment is accepted you will see the total on

what is this 2nd payment of CAD 20. I did the WES steps paid 75 CAD and raised a query for refund of CIC copy, as i didnt ask for it.
I received an email saying that my WES duplicate request is processed and sent to CIC and OINP.
Will it be a problem if CIC receives a duplicate. I am yet to receive the refund.
