Guys! I am in deep *censored word* here. I received my OINP AOR on 30-June-2016 (AOR letter says 29-June-2016). My DD was expired and they requested a new DD. I have replied their email confirming my mailing address so that they can send me the old. However, while I am waiting for the old DD, a new trouble just knocked me up. My IELTS got expired on 03-July-2016 and now EE profile is ineligible. I understand that I should have taken a second IELTS before the first one got expired. The reason is I feared of getting rejected as I had sent the WES report that I had downloaded from the WES site and not the photocopy of the paper report that WES had sent me via email.

The next available IELTS test here in Dhaka, Bangladesh is on 16-July-2016 & 30-July-2016. If I take the 16-July test, I am not sure I will be able to achieve a good score to maintain at least 400 CRS, but if I take 30-July test, I am afraid I may be too late to respond to my AOR with new payment.

Please suggest what should I do. (biting my nails)

You must maintain a minimum score of 400 points on the Express Entry
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) through the Ontario processing stage and
your Application for Permanent Residence to IRCC.
You should be aware that changes in personal circumstance can affect your CRS
score. These include:
 Marriage or common-law relationships;
 Change in English or French language levels following revised testing; and
 Work experience falling out of the eligibility period for the Canadian
Experience Class (i.e., no longer having one year of Canadian work within the
last three).
It is your responsibility as an applicant to ensure that you update your information
in the Express Entry portal if there is a change in your circumstances so that your
CRS score is accurately calculated. If a change in circumstance results in your CRS
score falling below 400, it is your responsibility to inform OINP. If your score falls
below 400 before you have been nominated, you must withdraw your nominee
application.
If your CRS score falls below 400 after you have already been
nominated, but before you apply for Permanent Residence, you must inform OINP
of the change in your CRS score, at which point OINP will withdraw your
nomination. Note that failure to contact OINP if your CRS score falls below 400 will
result in a refusal of your Application for Permanent Residence by IRCC.

I too didn't receive AOR email...called OINP and the agent said it is in queue and wait few weeks in case I don't get AOR from them...!! :( Not sure which order they maintain...

Guys, I've just received my AOR! Great news!

FSW outland
Docs received on 8/jan/16.

As instructed by my agent, I've never mailed or reached Ontario Visa office. IMHO this slows things down and shold only be done in case of problems.

When do you expect to get nomination? The letter does not say anything about 3 months. Hope it does not take too long.

Also, if anyone has experience to answer: do they nominate everyone that shows consistent documents? Or are we still subject to some arbitrary rejection for lack of ties for example?

hey guys, update my status, they asked a new DD (29 july) they sent my package back
with all this abreviations ! it s not easy to understand
a question?, shall i send the same package again?
hehee so i donno what going after this

Congratulations to all those who received their AORs :) Looks like they are on the move, maintaining a decent pace with AORs at least.

Did they mention in the email that you can resubmit within 30 days? In that case 1 month's delay. on the contrary, heard they are not accepting re-submission due to temporary pause on intake as per May 09, 2016 Update.

What is your app submission date?

yes and i still have 20 days of those 30. cause it took time for the post to deliver me the package.
