Congrats!! to all for AOR's. :D :)

good to hear january applicants are starting to get AOR. Hopefully it continues to speed up and nomination follows too

I got AOR on May 20th, my work permit is expiring tomorrow, and I just got followup questions from an Officer today. The same Officer also called my current and past employer to confirm employment information. They have asked for further evidence to support my intent to live and work in Ontario. I suspect it is because I currently live in Ontario and work in Quebec. What other proof can I submit? I have asked my employer to prepare a letter that says that they would move me to an Ontario location if needed, but if that doesn't come through, what other proof can I submit? Any help?

Also, about an hour after I spoke to the Officer and received the clarifying questions, I also got an email saying that my case had been referred to a Senior officer for final decision. Makes me nervous because I haven't submitted further proof yet.

Yes that is minimum requirement for OINP to consider your application

You can follow the 2015 application guide for human capital priority as a base. It should be more or less the same.

If you have already submitted your docs, your more than halfway done. They might ask you for additonal documents. Please check the following link i have made for OINP. Please give me a +1 if u liked it.

I think the prevailing theory is that most people shud get Nomination by October/November. The reason for the delay could be the smaller draws by IRCC right now. Once they start having bigger draws, hopefully OINP will be able to clear the backlog.

how long does everyone think it will take from receiving AOR to actually getting the 600 points?

After receiving aor you first need to receive nomination. Nomination after aor can take 6 months, maybe less maybe longer nobody really knows..
