I did not get any update about it. I communicated with them via e-mails. To be honest, it is like one sided game. We do not know what is happening in the other end until we get the outcome. I called them last week about my application status and they said my application is under review. So I am hoping that they did not reject my application based on this situation and wish u the same.

Just got this response to the mail I sent to OINP back on May. I guess my app is complete.. Just have to wait for AOR now

Thank you for applying to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

We have reviewed and accepted your application. We have now put your application in the queue for further processing.

You will receive an acknowledgement letter that will include your file tracking number.

Please note that processing is taking longer than usual due the large number of applications in our inventory.

The OINP appreciates your patience as it works diligently to process the high-volume of applications received.

Please note that if you are in Canada, it is your responsibility to remain in legal status throughout the time while your application is being processed by our program.

Do NOT submit any documentation to this office until you have received a formal acknowledgement letter from PNP advising that your application has been accepted for processing and advising you of your assigned file number.

This is what I got when I sent new docs. BTW, I just went to their office to know about my app status. After reviewing it for more than 2 mins he said, it is still in the queue and asked me wait for a month to get result. So back in f****** waiting list

Well I am just glad I heard something from them.. Was starting to think i threw my application in a black hole somewhere!

Ok, I have just finished talking to one of the agents.

The agent told me that I was missing some of the documents required to enable OINP to transfer my information onto the new EE Profile.

I am sending them my package by courier now. ;)

Awesome... Glad that you got hold of these guyz. They were just ignoring the call when I was in their office.

Hi Guys,

My application was returned for having incomplete passport pages. As you guys may know, they are not reaccepting it now.

I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to see if he can get it resubmitted. What do you guys think about this? Will it help?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

You can try that but legally (as per the process) OINP is not bound to entertain such requests, if applicant didn't submit complete application.

Which pages were incomplete/missing ????

Yea, the application guide does clearly say if they deem the application to be incomplete, they will reject it. Are you sure you want to pay some lawyers to plead a shaky case?

Sorry to hear this but unfortunately they are not allowing a re submission due to the influx of apps they received, try sending them email and explain ur situation, probably they might reconsider

The best you can do is, drop in their office in Toronto if you live near by or ring them if you can't make it.

Won't work. No drop ins are allowed. You can't even get into the building.

When did you submit your application and when did you get your package back?
I submitted it on 12th February, got it back on 18th June.

@all
You'll are probably right. Hiring a lawyer will be a waste of money.

I have sent them an email asking for reacceptance. Maybe it will be an affirmative (although I am not hopeful). They have even stopped giving acknowledgement emails saying that your message will be replied within 14 days.

Any updates on Jan AORs? Been pretty silent morning half as far as I know only a couple of Dec guys got something
