has anyone who was rejected for page missing or missing photo emailed the Minister who looks after the immigration

I would say they should email My Chan (mchan.mpp@liberal.ola.org) to let him know that after waiting more then 3-4 months that for small details application is rejected and you been denied the opportunity to correct the same.

YEs they have opened all the packages, that is the reason they have your details in database. For some reason they are holding our AOR, which they will send one by one. It may not take as much time they tool for December applicants as the backlog is reduced and they are constantly working to improve the working pattern.

I haven't logged on here for a while, but how did you know they have already "opened" all the packages? Maybe you know someone working on the inside?

What does the AOR email look like? They habitually sent out AOR on Mondays?

That's a good idea but read "Incomplete Applications" section in below link. In this section, they haven't mentioned that they are bound to allow applicants to resubmit their applications.

Hi All,

Can anybody suggest what to do reg my issue with the CIC account.

As I mentioned earlier I was unable to access my CIC account and as instructed by CIC I have created a new profile however I am unable to link my old account to the new one. I have sent an email to CIC for resolution but no there is no response from them...

If I get my AOR where will that be updated as I am unable to link my old account with my new one.

The wait for AOR and unable to link my account is really bothering me ???

How are you trying to link your old application with the new application?

As suggested by other forum members, I called OINP.

I have created a new EE profile, sent them a written explanation of why I needed to create a new EE profile. I have also sent them copies of my old EE profile infos as well as the new one.

However, they wouldn't (and shouldn't) reply me specifically that they have received my new EE profile. I know it has been delivered by my courier.

My question is "How are you trying to link your old application with the new application"?

What you're saying is that how you informed OINP about your new EE profile.

Anyway, when you login in your new EE profile. There are few buttons, link other applications to this account or similar. Did you try that out yet?
 
Once I created the new EE profile I have clicked on the URL which says Link previous account - when I enter my details it says "based on the information provided we are unable to retrieve any details.

I have entered my Name, Passport details, Old EE ac # & DOB

That is really a worrying situation. Did you try doing that at odd times because some times CIC websites behaves very strangely.
 
I've been trying to link it for the past week with no luck... We can try 5 times in 24 hours to link the account. The problem is how can the system not retrieve details of mine, coz I am entering My passport and previous EE account number which cannot be altered or changed !!!!!

This is strange. I would suggest you to report a technical issue on their website. May be that can help.
 
prashantduggal - I have tried all the possible options which I thought would help me resolve this issue but Its really annoying coz I myself don't know whats happening with my account. Each time I contact CIC contact center, all they say is that they will not be able to provide any details reg my account and requests me to write an email to them for which I never got a reply.

I wonder if my profile even exist :o
