I have done in EE profile right after I got the report. The question is: I sent email at ontarionomiee with updated IELTS report to be considered in my application (which is not reviewed yet as I didn't get AOR yet). Do you think they will consider this new IELTS report which is sent by email or they will return back my application package.

I haven't got any reply from them since I asked them to consider this new IELTS result.

Since you have already updated your EE profile and informed OINP and sent them the scanned copy of your new IELTS TRF, they will consider your new scores. You can expect to receive AOR after 120-140 days of receipt of your application by OINP. So you may most probably get AOR in another 30-40 days.

That's really long time. I was checking another thread (aor-in-march-2016-good-luck-all-t400931.1110.html) and I am seeing many users signatures that they have received AOR when they submitted applications in mid of February.

I really don't understand how OINP is processing. However, one thing I noticed most of people in above mentioned thread are Inland applicants. Do you think that makes difference?

The one you are referring to is the AOR for eAPR.

I haven't received the AOR yet. I've heard that if you are applying under EE Human Priorities you don't receive the AOR you receive the decision . Is it true? Is there any possibility of someone receiving the nomination without receiving the AOR .

It happens with many few applicants that they haven't received AOR mail but they contacted OINP to get it rectify. For most of the cases, you will get AOR along with DD receipt and then finally your nomination. So, you will surely get AOR in coming months. As of now, they are sending AOR's to December applicants.

As per recent statistics, in next 30-45 days, January applicants should start getting AOR's.

for those that are interested in signing this petiton, I think we need more transparency when it comes to their processing times. 90 days is not a guarantee but they should update it then on their website. Speed up the nominations too after AOR would be great too. There has to be more structure to their processing system.
