Please advice we need duplicate copy of ECA report from WES or I can photostate the original one and can use that I am applying for OINP PLEASE HELP

No photocopy. You have to authorise WES(through Website) to share a copy electronically with OINP . The charge is 76$ .

its your preference you can send email or you can post the receipt of the duplicate copy you ordered through WES.

No need to send Spouse ECA , Only PA should do this

Individuals submitting an application to either of Ontario‘s Express Entry streams – the Human Capital Priorities Stream or the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream – must provide an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report for education obtained outside of Canada. An ECA report is used to verify that education obtained abroad meets the education requirements of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Express Entry streams.

All applicants to the OINP must provide an original ECA report or a copy of the report as part of their application package. Further, the process for individuals to authorize an ECA granting organization to share information with the OINP differs by organization. Please review the information below to learn more about the process for the organization with which you have an ECA or to which you will be applying for an ECA.

If you have any specific questions about the process for getting an ECA, or about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with the OINP, please contact the ECA granting organization with which you are working.

Please also note that the information in this program update supersedes information found in the OINP application guides and forms for the Human Capital Priorities Stream and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream.

World Education Services (WES)
All applications to the OINP must include a copy of the applicant’s WES ECA report.
You must also authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report with the OINP:

If you already have an ECA
If you have an existing WES ECA report, you must order a duplicate of the report at:
The “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” must be indicated as the recipient of the report.
If you do not have an ECA
If you are applying for the first time for an ECA report, you must select the “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” as a recipient of the report.



However, I have been reading up on recent posts and many applicants have been saying that if you submitted a photocopy of your original WES, you should wait for OINP to contact you before you purchase a duplicate copy.
Don't worry, the process of purchasing a duplicate copy is very speedy, will probably take 1-2 days since it is done electronically.

Email is fine and it is required only for primary applicant.

You can send the receipt of duplicate copy order from WES to ontarionominee@ontario.ca mentioning the following details.
1. Name (as in passport)
2. Passport Number
3. PT NOI Date
4. Express Entry Profile Number
5. Job Bank Code

Out for delivery means it should be delivered to the destination in next 8 hours or so.

yes it is delivered i have lots of cases where courier companies doesn't update the status even after delivery

Hi Nanne,

I read your post in January forum.

Whend you submitted your reference letter at first, who signed your reference letters? I have heard CIC accepts reference letters from supervisors.

Can you tell me a bit of background of your case?
