Hi,

I have submitted the Reference Letters from Business Head, DGM, Senior Manager and Immediate Supervisor. After all this, they sent back saying we want HR reference letter as a comment in the application form.

I have resubmitted all along with one from HR as well.

Hope it turns out positive. If not, I will choose IELTS route. For that application fee which they are charging, I can write the IELTS 4 times and score high in listening.

Thats odd!

I submitted one from my supervisor. I asked around from many and in many cases they accepted.

I dont know whats their criteria for judging the apps. I am worried a bit now! lol.

But I submitted reference letter, pay-slips, work contract. Even the pay-slips are perfectly complimenting my Bank Statement. They can track each thing.

I hope it goes through.

Just for my understanding, were these letters typed in company Letter head or plain paper (With business cards) ?

Did you get yours on letter head? and stamped by the company stamp?

Yes, all letters were on Company Letter Heads with respective Signatures and Business Cards Stapled. Did not stamp on any of them.

My package was returned for reference letters as they wanted one from HR and they returned the whole package.
One query, now that it has been already a month since I have submitted, will they again take more 2 months to reply with AOR?

I have been observing a lot of people who sent their applications and they were returned back, but when they resent their applications they received AOR in 1 to 1.5 months

apparently they are not responding emails get your DD cancelled from the bank first. Write them an email saying you want to withdraw applications

i called my bank they are asking me to bring back the original dd, which is with them
