Hope everyone is doing well.

Just asking generally, as per guide, OINP needs 90 days to respond on the package we sent. Are there cases where AOR has been sent after 90 days i.e 95 days, 99 days..etc.?

Hi, AOR's generally take 2-3 months and the processing time of 90 days starts post the AOR. I applied through a lawyer and I checked the procedure with them. As of now it's more than a month since I applied. Trying to wait as patiently as I can.

No updates yet, looking at the November thread it seems applications received around 10th Nov are getting AOR's, so we Jan guys are still months away, FSW at least.

Yesterday I talked with one friend. He applied on 7th Dec. and got AOR last week. He is CEC inland.

Sent OINP package on December 29th. Package received on January 4th. Awaiting AOR.

I wanted to get some feedback on my situation.
I sent my OINP package on Jan 15 and it was received on Jan 20.
I haven't received AOR from OINP yet.
On my application, I stated my current address as my mailing address. However, I just recently found out that my company is transferring me abroad and I will be moving soon to a new address.
My fear is that if my application is deemed incomplete and returned, it will me mailed to my old address.

Is there any way for me to contact them and change the return address before AOR?

P.S. I am OINP FSW Outland

you can email them your new mailing address and they will update it, wouldn't there be anyone at ur old address who can receive your package and notify you

I Think all of us January applicants can receive updates in April mid/END before that there is not chance. with that being said i expect a late June July for my nomination

I had a word with OINP today, this is what they said:

Some guy named St*** told me that they couldnt process application as fast as they would like in months of DEC/JAN . Apparently something slowed them down and im now quite sure what it was but this caused only a selected number of applicants receive AOR/Nomination. And he told me this month they have started to process application as normal and there is a huge backlog. He also said u can write them an email once u cross the 90 day threshold.

you can email them your new mailing address and they will update it, wouldn't there be anyone at ur old address who can receive your package and notify you

Unfortunately, I am just renting my current apartment.
