Hi Guys,

can somebody help me here. I got a call from OINP officer asking me to send pdf receipt proof that I added my spouse in my OINP express entry. I only got reply from cic that my application has been updated but no pdf receipt. Can anybody help me here? what are they asking for?
I only got pdf receipt when I originally created and submitted my application for express entry.

Just check if any points are added in your profile of your wife, or any thing related to your wife in your application.

Take screenshots, add them into doc file, save file as PDF and send it to them.

Guys I think it's obvious.

They reached the limit of number of people for this draw. I think they don't want to keep on nominating so the cut off doesn't become very high. Although it is a different quota I'm sure IRCC doesn't want to flood their employees with 5000 ita's

yes i already did that. but i am pretty sure we dont get any pdf file for making any update on the express entry profile except when you make the profile intially. confused :S

yeah i agree... i hope there is another draw next week also... unlikely there will be a draw on 28th dec...

They had asked me Proof for large deposit in my account...that was 3 FD which I had closed...yesterday bank opened after 3 days of holiday..so mailed them FD certificate, new statement showing FD re-payment with the FD account number and loe yesterday.

She was really nice and checked if my new express entry profile was updated in their records (which it wasn't even though I had received an acknowledgment for the update mail). She said they were aiming to clear as much of the backlog as possible before the year ends so let's all hope for a Christmas miracle. Hopefully Santa will bring us all nominations this Christmas.

If you can stay awake.. call at 2pm Canada time. It is late enough everywhere else in the world that you might get through.. After a week of trying, got through twice when I call late night..
