Which email you sent, if you sent to ExpressEntry@ontario.ca then send to Ontarionominee@ontario.ca as well...and keep on calling non stop especially towards the early part of the day Canada EST time...as they will pickup after 10-15 calls...I spoke to the guys twice in last week

Guys its a good thing that all of us are recieving additional doc request. I am very happy to see that momentum Jan candidates has gained in the past 2 weeks but can anyone provide some light why there is no progress on the nomination front. How long do we have to wait after we send the documents. Seems like everything is been put on hold. and OINP is holded up nominations without any information.

Can anyone provide some highlight on this? What would be their strategy moving forward. Are they waiting for draw or after the draw?

It is so frustrating to wait endlessly without knowing what's gonna happen...they say they are gonna complete processing all the applications before end of Dec but I doubt

Guys who created new express entry profile for the job bank did you'll create a new job bank profile or just update user account information with new express and job validation code. I updated user account but m,y job bank status is still pending. Is there any other process or should I wait for 24 hours

Guys, I received additional doc request on Friday.
However the amount of docs that they are requesting is a bit ridiculous:

Copy of the completed Section D subsection 3 of the application form (Personal and Work History). Please ensure you don’t leave any gaps in time;
Education Credentials Assessment (ECA) report – Please see our other email for instructions;
Copy of an official and updated job reference letter from your employer that is printed on the company’s letterhead paper, signed by the responsible manager, covers the whole period of your work with them and contains the following information:
- your employment period (by day, month, and year),
- the exact location of your work during that period;
- your job title / titles during that period, with the exact date of any promotions you got,
- your detailed job duties during that period, for each title you had,
- your work capacity during that period (number of work hours per week);
- the total number of your normal vacation days, sick and maternity/paternity days, and extended unpaid leaves (total days of each Category);
- your salary information during that period - including salary rate (per hour, week, or month), and salary frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly); and
- name, title and contacts of the person who prepared and signed it.
Copy of the job offer letter that you received from your employer at the date you commenced employment with them;
Copy of the employment agreement/contract that you signed with your employer at the date you commenced employment with them;
Copies of other proof of employment with your previous and current employers, such as: salary raise letters, promotion letters, performance reports, … etc.;
Copies of all the payslips that you received from your pervious and current employers during the entire period of your employment with them (all payslips for each pay period);
Copies of the bank statements that show your income from employment for the entire period of your work with xx and yy. Please highlight the amounts that you received from employment before you scan them;
Copies of all Tax documents from the Tax Authorities in hile that reflect your employment with for the years 2010 through 2015;
Copies of your last three bank statements that show the proof of funds transferrable to Ontario.

Ouch! That's quite a lot... I'd be hard pressed to get all that together in 15 days. I've seen a few of these recently but not too many. Either you got stuck with a very meticulous officer or they've found some discrepancies in your previous documents and just want to be extra careful.

Now the fact that they've requested documents you've already submitted is indeed strange, nevertheless, just mention in a LoE that you've already submitted those documents, or, if you have them handy just re-submit... As perhaps they are requesting all this because they've lost some of the documents you'd submitted...

I got additional documents request some minutes back. They are asking for the following:

1. Updated POF
2. Latest Bank statement
3. Latest pay slips (2 years - date)
4. Intention to reside in Ontario

5. ECA verification from ICAS. Here is my question. I had my ECA done by ICAS, does anyone know how to get ECA verification done from ICAS? All I have been seeing on this forum is WES.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about ICAS, however, go to their website and see if you can request additional reports to be posted directly to OINP.
You can take it from there i guess.

I remember seeing a lot of complaints from this thread a while back about being forgotten as Feb and Mar were getting ADRs and Jan had been left behind... Now we see the tables have turned ;-)

About 70% of you guys have ADRs now... Excellent stuff... I hope the Nominations start rolling ;D
