I received request for below additional documents:
1- Payslips for period between December 2014 to March 2015;
2- Tax forms for years 2014 and 2015;
3- Any other relevant information in support of work experience e.g. performance evaluation reports, reference letters / or emails discussing assignments relevant to duties that substantiates experience;
4- 6 months bank statements
5- Information/ documentation in support of my intention to reside in Ontario such as evidence of Ontario Labour Market Research, employment prospects for jobs related to your experience, job search/leads, any communications with employers in Ontario with potential job offers/ opportunities related to my professional background and experience. (NOC 0711)
I'm FSW outland, submission received on 15th January, AOR received on 19th July. Case officer is KB.
They are also asking for ECA to be share with OINP bu I've already done this and OINP acknowledged that this was added to my file. Will just attach their acknowledgement e-mail along with WES confirmation e-mails.
