In Proof of Fund you have to show that funds are un-encumbered. In your case, you are sharing your assets and FD with your parents.

There has to be an NoC on Stamp paper/notarized with your parents signature that in case you need these assets or FD they will have no issues and they can give it to you as gift.

They can gift you when needed is not going to work. Future clause dont apply. They must already gift the assets and attach the proof.

I am looking for some expert advice please. I think instructions will have already been posted but I cannot find them, please forgive me. Today my Express entry profile expired, I have created a new EE profile that is now active and had the letter stating I need to register with job bank etc.

My questions:

1. What do I need to send to the Ontario PNP so they can update their systems with my new number (at the moment they will have my old EE profile on their systems)
2. What email addresses do I send it to
3. Do I need to register another new profile with job bank (I still have my one from original EE profile)

-any advice and clear instructions of the procedure would be great

Hi,

Do anyone experience the difficulty when sending email with attachments or just only me? I need to send 5 of them in order to have one go through since it showed failed delivery message and mail box is full. This is so frustrating for government office.

July 20 AOR
Nov 2 first call, ask for additional document
Nov 4 sent docs to office, and they receive on 8th
Nov 21 got second call from another officer, saying he's final reviewing my docs,
will tell me the final determination soon....
