I just spoke to an operator (got through in 2nd try) and find out that my file is still under investigation with an Investigation Analyst.

hey I read your posts that you applied in Jan and your work permit expired in March, what status were you in till the time you received your AOR? I will be in same situation in few months.

My employer renewed my work permit, so I had valid work permit.
ONIP asked me legal status proof with the additional documents request

Well there has been lot of movement for Feb/March FSW applicants, Additional Documents and all.I believe OINP is keeping all the files ready for Feb/March so that once the major chunk of Jan Applicants are done it will take very less time for them to wrap up Feb-March apps.I also strongly believe they will have all the apps nominated by year end.Lets stay positive as we have almost completely our OINP journey

Well i told the operator today that my friends who submitted their app in Feb have received additional doc request to which he checked my application and told that its with Senior Officer and not the analyst i don't believe him till its official

Guys didn't you call using normal phone voice call or did you download any app??? Coz if I keep calling my phone bill will be in thousands ...

Use Skype. Calls to Canada are free and you can call the toll free numbers as well. And best of all it's extremely clear.

Let me tell you bro that the person who picks up the call is worst person.

When I said same thing to him then he got rude suddenly and said he don't know about my friends and can talk about my application status only. NEither he answered that why only cec applicants r getting priority than fsw.

I would like share my experience with that operator,

I did not get AOR and I called with him for couple of time about my AOR status when I realiazed that every one got AOR in Jan. He always said that you application is in process and wait for 4 weeks at least. Then I waited for 5 weeks and called him and he said same thing, wait for another 4 weeks. Then I went to their office personally to know app status same answer by this guy (I could recognize his void and accent..typically sounds like russian/english mix). And I waited long enough and went their office again in luch time knowing that this guy will be away. Luckily, there was an other lady for luck backup, she told me that I got my AOP few weeks back (actually a month back). In reality I did not get any AOR to my inbox or Spam. Then I sent fax explaining the situation and they sent me the AOR.

I believe same BS is happening again with my additional document request email... am keep calling them and getting same answrs anyways...

No, I do not have any email requesting additional documents, I am expecting direct nomination anyways

I got additional document request on Nov 4 and have submitted on Nov 8, called OINP operator few minutes ago, saying that my file is forward to senior officer, will get email for final phase soon.
