Remember that after the NoM you'll get an ITA and you'll need to resubmit a lot of the stuff you've already submitted to OINP, including the reference letters, so if you switch jobs you'll probably need to get a reference letter from your new job for IRCC.KindaCanadian said:Dear g126,
Many thanks for your detailed explanation. I am glad that is the case, mostly because I won't have to bother with getting a Letter of Recommendation in case I switch jobs after the nomination.
