Here is my situation I applied under EE in Nov 2015 received confirmation and OINP PT ON 5th dec 2015
Sent my package to OINP on Jan 5 2016 got AOR on 7 July
Suddenly on 17 August my profile got ineligible and hence I recreated my profile which showed me eligible and also sent me confirmation letter n got job bank registered
Now I have sent the email to OINP explaining them whole situation with new EE valid profile and job validation code along with complete timeline and requested them to link my OINP application number with new EE profile
Have sent them Mail on 21 August still no reply from them ..
What sholud be done !?

Application submitted for provincial nomination to OINP on 5th January 2015 and receipt on 7th January 2015

AOR received on 7th July 2016 with case number XHSW 1611180XXXX and file number XHSW 16031XX with receipt of fee of $1500.

When you say CEC only draw, does that mean they only selected CEC candidates, even if FSW candidate had more points ?

No. The draw cut-off was so high that only CEC candidates got ITAs.

Any idea what's going on? People are speculating that OINP is out of quota and waiting for 2017 quota before they start nominations. Without giving nominations how come they can get out of quota?

Looks like there is not much activity on issuing AORs/Nominations and people are even waiting for receipt of the draft. Don't know what's going on at OINP side. They are recruiting temporary senior officers, god knows when they will be trained and become productive to give nominations. Hoping for the best .

I have previously estimated that OINP could only nominate around 5 candidates per business day.

TO clear all 6000 candidates (for existing applicants alone) would take around 1200 working days. That's the year 2021.

I am looking for other options now.

Of course, they could nominate maybe 100 candidates per week? Then that's still 300 working days, that would be Dec of 2017.

Request@prashantduggal. Please kindly update the list of Jan apps with nominations and AORs. I am not able to analyse the trend of OINP. How come people who receive AOR after me are receiving nominations. Few of my friends recevd it please see the timeline. Any suggestions guys what could be the issue of delay as i havent recvd any addit docs request or phone call. This wait is killing me.

In reality, each province isn't obliged to use 100% of the allotted quota set forth by the federal government. They could simply just use maybe 30% of the quota each year, due to whatever reasons.

wrong. Once they give PT and invite you to apply they are bound to process. In fact not processing all the applications will demand an explanation before getting the new quota and they will have to satisfy IRCC.

It is same like my requesting you to call me on Dinner. Once you invite me you are bound to cook !!!

I think so too. But it makes me wonder, why the hell OINP is sleeping, if this is not true? Looks like nobody cares for PNP applicants like us...and OINP has no boss.

May be but next year, IRCC won't allot them quota of 5000..if they are unable to justify genuine reason. Logically, nobody has right to reserve the things which they can't utilise, unable to utilise or don't want to utilise.

True. Hope those people have at least idea about what they to deal with. As of now, looks like they are enjoying Canadian summer .

What's your NOC? What are their NOCs?

Some members are suspecting the order of Nomination are NOC Specific.
