Dont worry if they have not asked you to send new DD it means they have either en cashed it or they will send you email to send one. They have asked 2 applicants in December to send new DD after 15 days of receipt of AOR. So nothing to worry just relax if they have not asked you in the AOR.

Did they receive any Receipt with AOR? .. I am asking this because I already have applied for the PR and if they ask me for a new DD then probably i wont send that again.. So that I could refund my money back..

So all AOR receivers who were asked for the new DD,, Did they receive any kind of Receipt with AOR?

@MZASAM believe me sending new DD is good in a way. In December group i am the only one who is not asked to send new DD, at it makes me worry sometimes. Instead they would have asked me to send one.

You must have checked if it had been encashed, both with OINP and the bank, haven't you?

you mean to say you have already recd the ITA? Than just mail OINP and say you want to withdraw your application, and they should return the same. confirm your mailing address.

I received my aor on 28th but I haven't sent them the dd yet. 7 days. till how much time can I send in the new dd. Can any one please tell me.

Are you sure ? this is what I got from them. It did not have a time frame for sending the demand draft.

However, it has come to our attention that the original bank draft (number: 124412 in the amount of CDN $1,500) attached to your application for fee payment is out of date. When you submit your new payment, please ensure you provide your name and quote your file number as it appears on the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) that you received by email. (Please see attached)

In order for us to return your original fee payment, please confirm your mailing address by way of return email.

Please note that the processing of your application will be on hold until payment is received.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and look forward to receiving the replacement fee as soon as possible.

Check out recent questionair link I pastwd with the jan list. It is mentioned there applicants will be given 30 days.

I said what i read on official website....rest if somethung has changed then you should confirm with authorities over call or email.

Well, even if you do not have a time frame, is it not wise to send the DD ASAP. 30 days is a lot, IMO. Depending on where you are, the bank can issue DDs much faster than that. Most cities in India issue DD within 4 - 5 hours after you place a request. I got mine in 3 hours (ICICI bank, Pune).

Dear all,

I also have an EE profile that is soon about to expire (in 10 days more precisely). I still haven't received AOR. Can you please confirm this is the right course of action:

1. Wait until my old EE profile expires
2. Create a new one with the same details and then find a "Link Application to this account" button ​and click on it. Use my old EE profile number to link.
3. Send an email to ontarionominee@ontario.ca saying I have a new EE profile number.

I read the entire questionnaire http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/questions-answers-by-topic.asp?top=29 and all I got were two contradictory sentences
1. If your profile is about to expire, you must complete and submit a new one
2. Do not create a new profile until your existing one expires.

I really appreciate your help.
