I think you missed the fact that we are after Nov, Dec applicant which means this is cumulative effect for us (Their wait plus our wait) = frustration. They got AOR atleast..

Nov and Dec applicants applied also before you. December applicants had a very slow flow of AOr's against January applicants which is much much faster. And may be February and march people don't even have to send new DD because they will get AOR before 6 months. You are in a better position believe it.PR_FOR_CAD said:

I said it because there is no authenticity to the post. It is better to do what is written in black and white rather than what an operator said. this might send a wrong message to someone which is dangerous. We cannot give OINP a chance to reject anyone and play safe and go as per application guide.PR_FOR_CAD said:

Please help, I delivered my application on Jan 15th 2016, did not receive AOR yet, so sent an email to OINP, got such reply:
Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that our records indicate the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst.
If there is any further information needed for your application, you will be contacted by our officer.
Please note that if you are in Canada, it is your responsibility to remain in legal status throughout the time while your application is being processed by our program.
Thank you for your patience.

This email means they have already send you the AOR but you have not received it.
I suggest to send them a fax asking them to send you the AOR again to the mail ID ( specify the mail ID). They will send you the AoR again.
Tell them there might be a mistake in email ID and you have not recd the AOR mail and you are sending this fax to confirm the email ID once again.
IF they don't send you the AOR again try calling them to ask about your file number. Meanwhile send them a mail to confirm you email ID so that if there is any additional document request sent, you don't miss it because your file is already in second stage.
This email means they have already send you the AOR but you have not received it.
