The AOR caravan comprises huge numbers. The nomination carnival must be highly structured, organised to issue NOM's and should be time bounded;

NOT like the highly chaotic, disorganized, unplanned PT NOI; SAGA, the brunt and heat of it is faced by all applicants, for none of their mistakes.

Earlier, I read that OINP does not work in Nov, Dec?? IF OINP does not work in Nov/Dec this year, it would be the worst nightmare. :'( :-\ :-X :'( :-\ :-X

Yes, it is true that in 2015, OINP mentioned that they do not process applications in the month of December and January (2016). This time, if they don't work in Dec and Jan, it going to be ultra-pathetic. More backlog, more anxiety, more trouble. Might not be the case this time.

Hopefully, we wouldn't have to wait that long.

I'm new to login to this forum, however I'm an observer since my application to OINP. It's really useful to have information. I'm an FSW applicant to OINP via EE and I received my AOR July 13th(Application submitted Jan 11th). Along with AOR they asked for new DD as the old one is expired. I have sent a new DD on July 16th.

I just want to know if I have to request WES (where I have done my ECA evaluation) to directly send an ECA report to OINP? I have already submitted a copy and I didn't receive any request from OINP for ECA directly from WES. However, reading through this forum I understand it may be required to send a copy directly by WES. Thanks in advance if anyone can advise me in this regard. I may request WES in advance rather than waiting for OINP to ask me!

AOR: 14th July 2016

They have asked to re-submit the Bank Draft. Waiting for the expired bank draft to come back.

Questions:
1. they did not mention a deadline for my re-submission of bank draft. I asked them about the dead line and the dispatch information; waiting for their e mail. How many days do I have to submit the new bank draft?
2. In the application they send they said- they will inform me when the application moves to assessment phase and again to decision phase. Does anyone know what can be the probable time line from receipt of New bank draft to assessment phase to decision phase?

30 Days. I would suggest you to not to wait for the old DD. Send them a new one immediately and get old one cancelled later, if you have spare money.

2. In the application they send they said- they will inform me when the application moves to assessment phase and again to decision phase. Does anyone know what can be the probable time line from receipt of New bank draft to assessment phase to decision phase?
Don't think about it for now, because December applicants are still in queue for same. For an estimate, It will take at least 2-3 months from now.

They are soon to wind up January applicants and February onward will be too small a group for them now. You can expect November Nominations to start soon.
