Hello folks,
I applied for PNP through Master grad stream a week ago. Now I have received a PT notification in my EE profile. I am a bit confused about my own situation Cheesy
I know that human capital is way faster than the master stream, but at the same time I may not be able to satisfy the officer regarding my job experience. My job code is 4012 (Teaching/research assistant) and the Human resources department of the university refuses to put the number of hours I worked as GRA in the letter they issue. So I really don't know what to do. My questions are as below and would appreciate it if one could answer them:
1- Can i have two active application with Ontario(Masters+human capital)? i don't mind paying another 1500! I don't want to cancel my master stream profile because that is my safest approach to getting a PR.
2- In case I succeed in getting a letter from university which satisfies the officer about my job experience, can I withdraw my master grad application? and use the fee I already paid toward the human capital application?
3- Does anybody have any experience regarding the "work experience as a TA/RA" here? and how to get the letter from HR? I studied at western university Cheesy. (Oh and in case you wonder, I was a full time student at the same time under study permit, I did not get any points in my EE but I became eligible, my CRS score is 419-)
Thank ya'll for ur time

1- You need to contact Ontario regarding your situation "I would say you cannot", but I might be wrong.
2- Was this TA/RA accumulated on study permit?

It seems even received the message in EE, still can't do anything about it.
After created ONe-Key account, goes into OINP, it asks for Confirmation Number and PIN, which don't know where to get.
And tried to contact OINP via phone, can never talk to a operator. After press 0 speaking to a operator, few seconds it redirected to another voice system asking for 10 digits extension number or mailbox number.

Worst system ever.

I created a profile on December 7, 2016 and have 434 points. Shouldn't I have received an NOI for OINP yet?

Or should I create a new profile?

Thanks

Can I apply for OINP Human Capital if I get the PT?

Does it contradict intent to reside in Ontario?

In the application guide for OINP Human Capital, it says working experience while you are a full-time student does not count.

Zessie,

What you said is true ONLY for those applying under CEC (Canadian Experience Class):

"You must have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) cumulative paid work experience in Canada in a NOC level 0, A, or B occupation in the three years before you apply. You must have gained your work experience with the proper authorization.
Note: Self-employment and work experience gained while you were a full-time student (for example, on a co-op work term) does not count under this program."

This is what the application guide says about HCPS (Human Capital Priorities Stream) in general:

"4.2.9 Work History
In this tab, you must list all of your paid work experience in the last ten years (or since the age of 18 if this was less than ten years ago). You must include your start date, hours of work per week, job title, National Occupational Classification (NOC) code, employer name and country of work. If your job was in Canada, indicate whether or not you had a valid work permit.
Please see Appendix 2 for information on how to find your NOC code.
Note: Any work experience obtained after you received your Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario through your IRCC online account will not count towards the minimum 12 months of work experience required. You must have accumulated at least 12 months of work experience by the date that you received your NOI to qualify under the Human Capital Priorities Stream."

"A maximum of 15 points may be awarded for the number of years you have spent in full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time: at least 15 hours per week). The one year minimum of continuous and full-time (or equivalent continuous part-time) employment must have been completed in one specific NOC occupation."

Here is what I referred to...

2.1.1 Work Experience
All applicants require a minimum level of work experience.
If you choose to be assessed against the FSWP criteria, OINP requires that your
work experience be:
bla....

or overseas.

Ok, so after waiting for around 3-4 days and hoping to get the NOI on my existing EE profile I finally withdrew/re-created a new profile!!

The steps I took are mentioned below in case someone wants to check/correct me:

1. Logged in my CIC account and withdrew my existing EE profile/application
2. Used Come to Canada tool to generate a new reference number.
3. Logged back in my CIC account with existing credentials and clicked Express Entry under 'Apply for' section.
4. Entered my reference number from step 2
5. Filled all the information asked eg. Personal information, Work history, Study etc.
6. Completed the application and signed off after agreeing to the terms.
7. Got an email and message saying 'EE profile received' and asked to register on job bank with the provided job seeker validation code.
8. Signed to job bank with existing credentials and went in my account tab to enter the new EE profile number and validation code.
8a. It said it will remove my previous EE profile from database and consider the new one.
8b. Clicked on activate changes/profile to make the changes effective immediately.
9. Present status on my CIC account says:
9a. Application/profile status - Pending Additional Criteria
9b. Job Bank registration - Pending

In a nutshell: I withdrew my existing EE profile but re-created a new one and using my old GC Key and old Job Bank credentials!

Can someone who has already done this and received NOI under Human Capital please check this?? Thanks
