OINP: Notice of Intent to Refuse Application

My US visa application is under process. I started my express entry profile way before that. Now the Ontario government is questioning:

1. My intention to reside in Ontario because I have a work history and family ties in the US. How do I demonstrate this
2. I do not have one-year continuous employment in the last 5 years and they are asking me to demonstrate at least one year of continuous employment. I'm 4 days short of 1 year of continuous employment.

Please help.

You realise I guess that US and Canada do share some information so it is possible , not that I have inside info, that even if you didnt mention your US visa application that somewhere it came to light as well as work/family ties in the US.. Others can comment but not sure there is a way around the one year of employment as they tend to be pretty firm on that, one year means one year.

Hi ,
I am new but received a notice of intent to refuse application because I didn't prove that I have the two years working experience.

When I did the application, I applied under NOC 1212 but my experience within the last 5 year was mainly under NOC1111 but would still require experience and knowledge under NOC1212. But what I did, was to state that my last five years was NOC 1111 so they are saying I do not have the minimum 2 years required for this program. They have given me 30 days to respond. Any advise on how to respond to them.

I am so confuse because I didn't know that this would be a problem and I really need a nomination. Thanks
