OINP - location of study (actual or transcript's address)

I studied in Waterloo, Conestoga. But my transcript shows Kitchener's address.
Shall I select 'Waterloo' or 'Kitchener' when I file EOI (expression of student) in Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream's Location of Study ?

Either one. If it's different than the one mentioned in transcript, just attach a short LOE. Better to state the actual location you studied in than the generic one given in your transcript. Because, you'll also be sharing your address history as well. Why even take that risk? Nowadays, with immense backlogs in their inventory, IRCC is just refusing/returning applications for the silliest of reasons. It's easier for them to just return instead of asking for an ADR!

KW is really considered one metropolitan area so wouldn’t worry too much.
