I'm checking my application status every hour Hi,
My job NOC category is 'A' and I have submitted my EE profile with my score being 382. I understand that EE draws are never going to be this low hence I asked my company whether there is any possibility to relocate me to the Canadian branch in Ontario. The company is happy to do this and also ready to issue me an offer letter from its branch in Ontario. If this is possible, I will apply under the Ontario PNP 'Employee Job Offer Foreign Worker Stream Category' and try to obtain NOI which will boost my socre by 600 points I guess.
My question is, will the company have to obtain LMIA certificate before offering me the job?

Same here, I'm really checking hundreds time on Immitrack. I don't know if they are going to give nomination to a group of people, instead of giving individually.
If you check Immitrack, you will notice that we are 6 in Decision In Progress, and 4 in assessment.
It doesn't specify about LMIA much so not really sure. I am assuming that LMIA is not required because of lack of information in the document.
That could be the case... maybe they are submitting to a committee a group of applications. I really hope that we get the Nominations this week.

I was reading in another thread that we must have our Job Bank account in active status in order to get the Nomination. I wanted to share this tip with all of you (in case you did not know). If we don´t log in after some time, it get inactive.
