Hi all,

Glad that I found this thread. I just found out that my status has changed to DIP without an email notice.

My timeline is:
AOR: 08/14
ADR: 08/22 (ECA, sent next day)
DIP: 08/29

Is there any chance that I get rejected after DIP?

That´s a good question that I would like to know too :) hehe.

I just found out that my status changed also to Decision in Progress.

one (common) question to you guys and girls. I have come to the PoF point and I wanted to know if what I am going to present will be considered enough to the OINP authorities:
I have a term deposit account since more than a year now covering all of the necessary funds. I got bank confirmation for that.
I also requested an current account statement for the last 6 months

do I have to prove the origin of the funds? (since it is way beyond the 6 months period mentioned in the application intructions)

thanks

As proof of funds, I also have Fixed Deposits (opened since more than 6 months ago). I submitted as proof, a bank letter where the financial institution certified the following:
- FD number
- Opening date
- Maturity date
- That I own these funds (my full name was shown)
- Amount
- Clarification that these funds are easily available anytime and for what amount.
- Confirmation that these funds are free of any debt or liens.

I didn´t attach anything else than the bank letters. i didn´t attach account statements (considering that it is a Fixed Deposit). They didn´t ask me for additional proof during assessment.

Rgds.,

Hi,
At the moment, it seems that OINP is issuing NOIs targeted to Job Offer and French Speaking only. Nobody knows when they will issue to other targets.

Btw, my husband is 37 with CRS 434 but he has not maximized IELTS. If he achieve that he would have 440+. Have you maximize you IELTS? If not, I strongly suggest you to retake it "n" times until you do,... or to begin taking French lessons (you add points with CLB 5+, that is like level B1).

Hello SumH12,

if OINP is issuing limited number of NOIs, does it mean that processing time will be faster ?

Thanks.

Hi all,

Does anyone know an estimated time range for decision when the application is in "Decision in Progress"?

Rgds.,
Bonjour SumH12, I did some analysis on Immitrack, and I found out the following:

- Average number of days between DIP and Nomination is 15 days.
- Minimum number of days between DIP and Nomination is 2 days.
- Maximum number of days between DIP and Nomination is 57 days.
- Last 3 nominations took 4 days as average between DIP to Nomination.

All the above are related to French Speaking STREAM.

Hope this will help, as I'm stressed also, and waiting for this nomination.
