Yes, agent told us there is no need for BLS. What they asked BLS from you right?
They didn't specifically asked for pcc from bls. Just pcc. But as per my knowledge it should be from bls since we are in Canada. But since your agent mentioned otherway, I'm not sure. Maybe both should be fine.
So when you guys submitted your federal PR, did you not submit any PCC at that time?
I'm the main applicant and i submitted my pcc only from bls at that time. Not my spouses.
Then they requested my spouse’s pcc later then.

Not really sure, But on checking with random applicants, they said October applicants receiving AOR
