They didn't specifically asked for pcc from bls. Just pcc. But as per my knowledge it should be from bls since we are in Canada. But since your agent mentioned otherway, I'm not sure. Maybe both should be fine.

I'm the main applicant and i submitted my pcc only from bls at that time. Not my spouses.

Then they requested my spouse’s pcc later then.
