Congrats! Wow! I hope this means that early June submissions will move into nominations this week and next week. I submitted in June 5 too

I would say after 100 days (close to 105-110) is where things should start happening. First week of June submissions are still close to 90 days. So maybe not next week either. The week after that.

Hi guys
So I’m still in DIP since August 10th
My ielts expires on NOV 7th
At this point I have no idea if I should sit the exam right away or wait. What would you do if you were me?

Hi guys,
ITA received- 5 May
Submitted -18 June
It still shows as submitted. Any idea on how much more time it should take to go into assessment?

Hi once again! If I were you, I wouldn't be worried about it. Since you submitted your OINP application in the first week of June, you should be getting nomination soon (could be this week or early next week). Once you get the ITA from the federal process, as long as you submit your documents before the IELTs Results expire you will be fine.

I'd recommend collecting other documents like PCC and medicals and submitting you application within 7-10 days of receiving the ITA so you're in the safe zone.

Hello again my friend!
Should I go and book my medical? Or do I need ITA for that first?

Medicals are valid for 6 months (or 1 year not sure) so no harm in getting that done rn. You can get the medicals done before receiving the ITA.
Awesome! I’ll book my appointment then
Thank you for your advice!

Hello everyone,

I have an inquiry about how getting married might affect my eligibility for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

I received the NOI on May 5th, where the minimum cutoff was 475 points. Currently, I have 475 points, but I'm curious about how my Express Entry (EE) profile would be impacted by marriage.

When I calculate my score as a married applicant (without future Spouse's IELTS, she has no work experience, ECA), my points drop to around 456.
I've heard that if Ontario proceeds with the nomination and grants me an additional 600 points, I should be able to include my future wife in my profile.

However, I'm unsure about this because Ontario might recalculate my score after adding my spouse, potentially putting me way below the NOI cutoff range.

If anyone has faced a similar situation, please share your insights. I'm open to adjusting the timing of my marriage based on what would be most advantageous without jeopardizing my nomination.

EDIT : My status as of today is assessment
