Why am I still hanging, I have seen many candidates received their nominations who submitted later than me, I am inland candidate, I try to call them but they said check status on the account and it says DIP. can someone tell me what to do?

What is your score? Did you receive an ITA for EE?
If you receive an ITA there will be deadlock and as a consequence OINP cannot nominate you
Here's my timeline:

Submitted: June 5
Assessment: July 12
DIP: July 19
Nomination: Sep 5
