The one advantage of PNP is that if your EE gets rejected for some reason, PNP can nominate you again on your old application and you can give it another shot. with category draws if you get rejected, you don't have a second chance. Of course you have to first get nominated and I am not even in assessment yet lol.
Also, the federal process happens quickly if you have a PNP. The federal processing time for FSW applicants with a PNP is about 10 months. And for those without PNP, it's about 22 months.

this is pandemic time I think. In reality in 2023 people are getting their pr within six months.

Why would someone's EE application br rejected if they are invited?

Ok so June 2 guys, how many dependents are there in your application? Just trying to identify potential reasons for the delay.

Could you summarize the prediction and share with us?
The summary is as so:

1) As two to three provinces had been issuing NOI for mostly tech draws, now IRCC may issue more ITA's through STEM and who ever are in the PNP may get ITA's also. So if we do, we can always take that.

2)Accordingly, there may be more tech draws from other provinces who are in need of techies because of the IRCC ITA's( as explained he says that not everyone wishes to go to the same province and the provinces would have an economic demand too)

3) As of me .. IRCC is unpredictable... But, if in a pool of 475 to 482 for OINP there are around good techies of roughly 2000 may be there are chances the score might go a little lower than the last EE draw with respect to STEM draw. It also has 24 NOC's which are pretty high in terms of the things considering economical growth and development.

Guys, quick question regarding PCC. I've lived in the US for almost 4 years and then came back to my home country. I've heard in one of kubeir's video where he says that your PCC should mention your entire duration of stay. When I acquired my PCC from FBI, no where does the FBI mentions your entire duration. I've gone through the FBI website, they don't add dates to their issued PCC's. Moreover, there is no option or service where you can request them to add duration. They have their own format. I've also visited IRCC website, selected USA, carefully followed the steps mentioned on the IRCC website to obtan PCC for USA. Even the dates part is not mention on IRCC when selecting USA.

Can someone please clarify if this will cause any issue while I upload PCC for USA?

I believe he was referring to subcontinent countries PCC where dates are mentioned. I lived in Australia for about 4 years and dates are not mentioned on my Australian PCC.

Me too assessment since June 2, although I'm health draw (May 8 NOI). Surprised that some here also in assessment stage since June 2. But it seems that some already changed to DIP with the same / later assessment date?

Why would someone's EE application br rejected if they are invited?

Could be any reason. There are people who got their EE rejected cause of some missing documents or something. You never know until you actually land in Canada tbh.

According to the official website;
"
You may request an extension of your nomination certificate if you applied to IRCC but your application for permanent residence was returned due to being incomplete, or you were delayed in gathering supporting documents (for example, police criminal record check) for your application for permanent residence.

Only requests that comply with the above requirements will be granted.

You can request an extension by emailing the OINP at ontarionominee@ontario.ca with both of the following:

  • a letter of explanation describing the reason to extend your nomination certificate
  • a copy of the incomplete letter from IRCC (if applicable)

Okay I figured it out via immitracker. All 3 of them are in Canada or have ties with Canada. Forever Hopeful and others hence they are getting DIP. Foreign work ex people will have to wait @ForeverHopeful2023 - is that correct?
I don't think so as I'm an outland FSW applicant. My guess is that cases are processed batch by batch. Not to worry :)
