From my research it seems the March NOI draw won't have many people who would have submitted their application hence the next in line should be the May 5 NOI candidates but I am not sure. What are your thoughts guys?

Yeah man, its really getting annoying. I noticed for Feb candidates they nominated within a month.

March does have around 1600 people with NOIs

Yeah but after that they did a draw with 481 CRS, I am pretty sure majority chunk - 481 - 486 went with the Full ITA

What does Assessment means? Means you get reply on your file submitted?
When all document requests are submitted successfully, a blue document icon will appear beside your file number. Clicking on the blue document icon will show details of all submitted document requests. If you see the green checkmark beside your file number, the OINP does not require any additional information or documentation from you at this time.
Is this the change after they assess you application?

Today was my OINP deadline I tried hard but could not make the payment. It kept showing error. Any help on this matter. I emailed them with details of my information and file no. But it says it will take time to respond to email. Any help would be great.

Did you get any receipt of error of payment with date and timestamp ? Cause if the deadline has passed then I dont think they can do anything. Also May 5 was the invite right ? So the deadline was 19th not today ?
