Hello, I am inside Canada on PGWP. I have foreign work experience in NOC 21311 (it's my Primary NOC) within last 5 years, which is eligible for OINP Tech draw. Also I have been working inside Canada in NOC 22310 for 1.5 years.
So, If I get nomination from OINP and, Since I get qualify under OINP tech draw because of foreign work experience,
Should I choose to go with FSW or CEC?

I don’t think there is much choice or much difference tbh. If you get the nomination for OINP, you should take it in my opinion. Once you get the nomination you are PNP, even if they hold a CEC draw, you will fall under PNP because you were given the 600 points.

But i think when we get OINP nomination, OINP will ask whether i want to go with FSW or CEC?
I wouldn’t know because I was only eligible for FSW when they (ontario) send me NOI.
90 DAYS TODAY, AFTER SUBMISSION AND I AM YET TO MOVE TO ASSESSMENT. WOW, REALLY UNFORTUNATE. CAN'T BELIEVE JUST ONE DOCUMENT DELAYED MY SUBMISSION. LITERALLY IN TEARS!!!!!

I think OINP hasn’t moved some late June submissions to the next stage.
NOI : 8th May HEALTH FSw (outland)
Submission : 22nd June
Assessment : NA
DIP: NA
Nomination :NA
ITA: NA

call Ontario, I called them when I saw they weren’t updating my express entry profile (my old one had expired and I had made a new one)
Call them and ask tell them it has been over the processing time that they put on their website.
pretty sure that there are many like you who have submitted and are still stuck in submitted. I believe they are processing the applications much slower now on their end(probably because the change in immigration ministers or something) Just have patience. You can try calling them as well
One reason could be the change in minister the other could be that they are trying to push the nominations to further in the year to meet the new Quota or something. It’s very frustrating, I have a friend who got NOI with me and only submitted a week after me, still in Assessment.
Not just the quota but a very large number of applicants land in summer from outside Canada. Given that EE applications are processing quickly nowadays it makes sense that they want nominations close to Winter so that EE is approved just before summer.
