Congratulations! What was your crs, noc and timeline?Good Luck to all....
I was nominated on 10th of August
Just an update, I sent my Application Change Notice last 12 Aug (Saturday) and received an acknowledgement yesterday 14 Aug (Mon) and my status also moved from Assessment to DIP.I am planning to send the change of information form to OINP because I found a stupid error on my application. One of my positions' title on the OINP is incorrect. On my reference Letter, it is Associate Systems Integrator but on my contracts, performance forms and salary increments it was up to 4 different titles! I had always put in Systems Integrator (even on my EE and resume) only because we have always been verbally referred to as that.
I hope I won't be rejected just because of this! might accuse me of misrepresentation!
Does the UAE student visa permit you to work full-time? If so, include that visa, and some document or link to an official source that mentions it's permitted.i got a request for additional documents: "The work permits authorizing your full-time employment"
as my UAE visa status was student and housewife for part of my employment..
not sure whats the best thing to do here..
I am not an expert when it comes to labor law in UAE but I believe it is illegal to with student visa as well as husband visa since you are not legally registered under the company you are working with.i got a request for additional documents: "The work permits authorizing your full-time employment"

Work permit has nothing to do with your VISA status. Whenever you start doing any job you sign a Labor contract. Send them Labor contract copy. That is your work permit. You can also download your work permit card from MOI website.i got a request for additional documents: "The work permits authorizing your full-time employment"

VISA status and work permits are totally separate things. Husband VISA is very common here among ladies, but everyone has to sign Labor contract with the company, which is called work permit.I am not an expert when it comes to labor law in UAE but I believe it is illegal to with student visa as well as husband visa since you are not legally registered under the company you are working with.
You can totally work under husband's visa in UAE. Almost all the companies prefer that since they dont have to spend on visa processing!I am not an expert when it comes to labor law in UAE but I believe it is illegal to with student visa as well as husband visa since you are not legally registered under the company you are working with.
You can work but technically speaking that is illegal here in UAE, they do not provide labor contract for such cases. You can totally work under husband's visa in UAE. Almost all the companies prefer that since they dont have to spend on visa processing!
If you were working in a company they normally make a labor contract. You should have the labor contract and labor card with you. You can send the labor card copies and labor contract copies for the duration you are claiming the experience points fori got a request for additional documents: "The work permits authorizing your full-time employment"
