I submitted my OINP application on 26/6/2017 and received email for additional documents twice. The first time I replied I did get an acknowledgement of docs received but the second time I did not receive an email confirming the receipt of documents. The last email was sent to Ontario on July 20. Currently the status is in DIP. How long will it take for processing? If they reject ur application do they give a reason behind it ?
They do not reject applications unless it's incomplete. Moreover, they send procedural fairness letter requesting documents that they find missing. Relax back if you have replied to them.

Hi everyone,
I submitted my application on the 28th of July. It is still in the "submitted" status. It is time frame usual? when should I expect a change in my status?
Thanks a lot

Thanks. Here is some details which can help others. I had not submitted full 6 month bank details but provided a summary of total balance. Though no issue happened in Assessment, but in DIP they asked for the document again and it got delayed. Try to provide 6 month bank details in application itself to avoid delay.

Received noi- 29th June
submitted- 2nd July
Assessment- 4th July
Asked for documents on- 17th July
Replied-19th july
DIP-23rd July
Asked for document in DIP- 27 July
Reverted back- 6th Aug with full details
Again DIP- 11th Aug
today- Nominated
Great! Congrats! I'm proxying for someone, and this is their timeline, really similar to yours.

NOI: June 26
Submitted: June 30
Assessment: August (!) 8
ADR: (ECA authorization and 6 month statements) August 9 * corrected
Sent additional docs: August 11
DIP: August 11

It's very different and depending on your NOC/CRS/Other factors. Some people jump to Assessment in a few days, some wait for month. As far as I know, I'm the one who still has the longest period of being in Submitted stage (40 days and still counting).

In case anyone is still in this boat with me — I emailed OINP about this and got standard response that my Application is fine and is undergoing completeness check...

Yeah, in my proxy's case, they were in Submitted stage for 39 days, but as another member observed, the following stages go by really quickly if this is the case.... Should be with yours too. I think they're prioritizing the older applications before they start with the late July to August applications. Good luck.

Hi, which stream gets more nomination - HCP-CEC or HCP-FSWP? Let's have these in stats as well to see when we can land.

Thanks nshuman for your reply. Yours actually is a long wait. I hope to hear from them soon. So, as it is depending on some factors like NOC, CRS and Other factors, but for sure they will process and nominate all NOCs or justs the ones that they need and give priority? (My NOC: 2131, civil engineer, CRS: 406, Inland applicant)
