Basically the NOC and duties are the same. My concern as well is....

as long as your NOC does not change, you have a concrete job offer and satisfying the minimum wages criteria,
you are good, CIC officer is well trained you need not worry, as long you have a valid work permit and all the past legal status is correct.

once you nominated, after you getting PR you can work for anyone and any job, work permit extension you need your sponsor to say why he needs you, if you want to extend work permit, you need LMIA, or your job must be lima exempted. no other case you cant extend your work permit. PGWP is one time in your entire lifespan, it cannot be extended.

Wow, your applaicatio was taken up pretty soon for assessment but 30 days in DIP stage !!

I submitted my application on 22nd March. It was taken up for assessment on 4th June and went to DIP on 5th June. Let’s hope for the things to fall in place very soon
