This is the one we are aiming for.

We are both valid as primary applicants but both have each other as partners attached to the profiles. In both we have stated the correct martial status so no lies. I have 440 points and he has 427 (I'm 30, he is 33). If it is on points my application will be picked first, but if he is selected for OINP then obviously my profile will be deleted. It's not fraud unless we both submit the applications/waste their time with duplicate accounts.

well, good luck... try for other PNP programs in the meanwhile...

People with a lower CRS got invited to apply for OINP long before I did. I assumed it was a NOC thing, or perhaps the country I was applying from.

as far as i remember everyone with a score of over 400 got PT from OINP, people who didnt get either had a licensed profession or went in the pool after they closed...

6. Intention to Reside in Ontario: All applicants must intend to reside in
Ontario, as demonstrated by a statement of intent and indication of ties to
Ontario. See Section 3.5 for further information.

I have also selected interest in Ontario in my EE profile.

Does Ontario need to be the sole province selected in EE to be eligible for OINP? I've ticked the "all provinces" option- would this make a difference?

select all provinces, why would you want to limit yourself to ontario only ? :)
good luck

I've ticked the "all provinces" option, but in addition to this, it's also possible to tick each individual province. Do I need to tick everything on the page? See screenshot below.

If you tick - all provinces and teritories, then all of them will get access to your data (it does activate disclaimer for BC and ON). Technically they could have improve this menu either by disabling all other choices when all choice is chosen, or untick them.

Simple answer is yes.
Why? Because the way they set up criteria and research in the applicants database. If they set condition of 401 or more then the machine will list all candidates that meet that criteria.
What we do not know if they have some hidden criteria as well.

thanks buddy.. the reason y i m asking is.. imagine thy have a quota of 5000 candidate.. but more than 7000 candidates with 400++.. wat happens thn.. but as you mentioned we dont know the hidden criteria...

7000+, i would say many many many more with score like that (more like 30 to 50K by now), so they will most likely rise the points criteria (to 430 or 450).

Let's hope 440 otherwise someone is going to get a beatin'...

Well other information is, that their quota for human resources PNP program for this year is already full (exept for bilingual speakers).
Other important thing.
They have 5500 PNP nominations per year - but that is for everybody (human resources, french speakers, canada experience, with job or willing to establish a business)
They want 5% french speakers (that is 275 invitations there).
The rest is distributed among others - no exact number was indicated, so it can be something between 500 and 1800 PNP for that one program.
Other important thing - you have to tick Ontario as your area of interest.

Ugh, I'm going to post myself to canada one piece at a time and maybe a nice postal worker will put me together on the otherside.

do u mean it is full as in got PR or full as in gave nominations. because they are still giving out nominations.

full as to get potential nominants. meaning that stream will be closed most likely until end of 2016. (depends how soon they will get quotas for next year). french stream is still opened.
