It's clearly mentioned in the guideline that you have to meet the minimum wage / hr.. I'm sorry but I'm not sure if that will suffice the requirement.... I'm just saying, maybe other people here applied and got an approval given the same circumstance as yours....

Hi, what kind of work permit we need to appla for the oinp international student stream with job offer? bridage working permit or closed working permit? if we apply for the cloed one, do we need our employer's help? my working permit will expire at the end of this july, just sent my paper based application at the end of nov, 2018, haven's receive any other message from them yet. i don't know do i need to star to apply the working permit or wait until i get the AOR. Yo need to extend your work permit, so if you have an student permit ad you already finished your course go to Niagara falls and is going to be easier and faster.

I applied for closed work permit ( since i am under Employer Job Offer and i have restriction in my nonination). However, i did not apply online. I did "flagpoling" since i have an upcoming travel. I have my work permit now for 2 years.

Friends, I have a question for Foreign Worker - Job offer Stream.
My Brother has got a Job offer from an Employer in Ontario but there is no LMIA as yet.
Without LMIA, he can not apply for Work Permit.
Does a person qualify under this stream if he does not have an LMIA for his job offer assuming all other eligibility criteria for Employer and Applicant is met ?

It actually depends on the circumstance as the stream has it's own specific requirements which you can access on the Ontario govt website.
But basically... you need to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same NOC as your Ontario job offer. The company also has some criteria.. please check for Ontario Immigration Nominee Program- job offer stream

All criteria seems to match. Just not sure about LMIA clause if there is any.
