I'm confused what should I do to get the PR ? should I apply for international student stream ? Do I need to change my Open Work permit to close one ? Please advise

good Day to all, as stated in the OINP that no POF needed for foreign worker stream, does it mean if i will bring my family with me, i will provide POF or only applicable for the applicant.please advise.

Hi,

Congratulations on your recent approval. As to your question, i think there's no need for "us" to provide POF since we are currently working here. I might be wrong (or seniors please correct me) but that is how i see it. By the way, are you applying for your spouse an Open Work Permit?

i am confuse because, they said the its only applicable for the applicant who got the job offer, and for the spouse which has OWP, need to provide POF? even for my 2 chldren? still outside Canada.

still on the process of filing our application, so i hope somebody can give me advice. thank you for responding.

there's no need for POF if you apply under employer job offer stream... theres no need for IELTS too...

Hi, yes.... I submitted my PR aplication paper based, without those documents in my application package.... you'll be fine as long as you follow the application guideline...

Hi there I want to apply for this program Job offer as a foreign workers I have all my papers and I am already working in my Noc but I am not sure about my salary witch is 17h and is supposed that I have to meet the medium .for my Noc 1311 witch is 21.38 H... shall I apply regardless my salary...I would like to know your opinion... thank you
