Hey team, two quick questions:
1) In profile registration I didn't see the field asking for middle name, noted that I'm unable to edit this field under the My Profile section so I sent a change request in and they sent it back to me with no real information or instruction on why it was rejected. Has anyone not filled their middle name in and still been fine?

2) For a job I'm claiming the 2 years experience for, I only have my first and last payslips and a letter from the employer - is this enough proof?
If possible share copies of salary slips and yearly appraisal letter to support your claim

Hi Phani,

Cool. My kid has her own UCI from PR application though. I haven’t applied for seperate application during work application. Just wondering if they allow minor in same one. Will do some research.

thanks mate
Hi mate, you need to apply for the Kid VISA. I just checked the paperwork I submitted to my employer's lawyers. I suggest to apply and raise a webform to inform IRCC so that they can link them if they want, in any particular way.

@chivinas and @Fonca this is regarding upfront medical. I am in Markham and planning to goto North York panel. Do you guys have any recommendation/steps/suggestions/tips for me for the upfront medicals? How much did you guys pay? Planning to go in October to give good 1+ year cusion. What all documents did you carry? What info. do I need to give them? UCI? Application numbers ?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi @phanikiran.kara,
The exams are very basic, a nurse has a round of questions, the doctor checks your lungs (breathing) and that's about it. I took all our passports, copy of the online application where you can see the UCI numbers and they took the pictures there. They will provide the medicals numbers and link online.
Then you have blood work and X-ray.
X-ray - $80 cad each
Blood test - 20 each
Medicals - 200 each

Good luck!!

@Fonca already answered you! She and I went to the same place. In my case, the round of questions was made by phone the day before we went there.

Dear Phani,

Do I need to request WES to share credential assessment for self and wife to share with OINP despite sharing scanned copy of assessment documents.

Thanks @chivinas and @Fonca planning to do this in October once I settle down fully.

My employer did the Work Permit Visa process for me. However, based on the fact that we have three different application numbers and three different UCI, I think they did three applications. Myself, wifey and kiddo.
Hi can you help me regarding one query.
If i dont attach marriage certificate now as it is not mentioned,
Will my application be rejected or they will ask for additional document which i can upload later?

Is this regarding with Work Permit or is it regarding PR submission? If it is not asked, then don't need to be given.

hi thanks for your reply.
It is regarding OINP application
It doesnt mention but has it happened that they can reject if any document is missing?

Application will first be checked for completeness and you will get a notification if they think it is complete.

If they need any further documentation they'll send you a message, but it wouldn't be outright rejected unless it was one of the required documents which I don't believe it is. You will most definitely need the marriage certificate when you apply for permanent residency however.
