Are you presently in Canada? If yes, could you please tell me (if you don’t mind) roughly how many months are left for your work permit to expire.

just trying to understand the trend how the applications are being picked up.

My Work Permit will expire in Jan/2021, however my employer is extending my Work Permit for more +2 years.

I think only options to extend work permit (before applying for PR) is OINP nomination or LMIA.

Yes I have LMIA

Application will first be checked for completeness and you will get a notification if they think it is complete.

If they need any further documentation they'll send you a message, but it wouldn't be outright rejected unless it was one of the required documents which I don't believe it is. You will most definitely need the marriage certificate when you apply for permanent residency however.

yes, actually I dont have much time leftto submit the application as my marriage certificate needs translation and notarization.
So want to know if they will reject it or ask for it later so I can get more time.
Although it is not mentioned so hoping they dont reject immediately

Marriage certificate or proof of relationship is not listed under the required documents checklist - I think you would be fine. Once you submit for PNP and get your nomination (~3 months) you'll have enough time to submit your PR application. The PR application will require a marriage certificate but you're given 6 months after date of nomination to apply so you'll have time.

Good news guys... I received today the request for Canada criminal records... I think the applications are moving forward now...
