Anybody here knows about the detail of the work permit supported document come along with the nomination?
I would like to ask on the expired date of the document, and if it's expired, I wonder if we can request a new one?

Let say when I got nominated, and I still have a year or two on my open work permit, I don't need to apply for the closed work permit right away.
But if the PR process takes too much time (which is mostly guaranteed), that closed work permit will come in handy later?

closed work permit valid till May 2021 but my current employer is not qualify for 1 million dollars or 5 full time employees.

In that case you can't switch employers until you have an open work permit.

Once the nomination is approved, you can apply for a bridging open work permit.

This is incorrect. OINP Foreign Worker stream has an employment restriction condition as part of the nomination - you must keep working for the employer you were nominated under. As such, you are not eligible for BOWP.

Who can apply
To be eligible for a BOWP, you must:

• live in Canada (Quebec not included)
• have a valid work permit that expires in 4 months or less
• be the principal applicant on your permanent residence application
• be approved in principle for permanent residence
• have no employment restrictions as a condition of your nomination

You need to ask them. If you have lower salary, in the guide and Employer Form they mentioned about "These wage requirements do not apply if you have a collective agreement (a written contract between the employer and a union), in your workplace, that determines your wages. "
For example an union has an agreement about a salary which is lower than minimum wage, and employer pay employee based on that agreement, in that case the median wage requirement can be skipped. Otherwise, median wage is a MUST for foreign worker. For CEC, I dont see any salary requirement, but Im not sure.
If your case is complex so I suggest asking a lawyer or write email to OPNP. At least you will get a correct answer.

Most probably, salary component can't be changed whats on the LMIA. Another point for discussion - Can I be allowed to work reduced working hours Or the Employer can take services from me for less than 40 hours (as mentioned in job contract) and pay accordingly? We need to ultimately meet the minimum paid working hours for OINP Or CEC streams i.e 30 weekly/1560 annually to gain PR. Can that create a conflict? Thoughts..

I got my registration in the first minute with no wait time in queue. I believe they filled all registrations within 10 mins.

Does it creates any conflict Or impacts my existing job Or prevents me to now go with the PNP nomination?

All Employer Job Offer streams are not aligned with express entry.

Man this kind of question should go to a lawyer . They are trained for them.
From my understanding, PNP does not mean PR, it's just a nomination. When combining with PR it decides where you will go.
If you apply for PR outside Canada, it is called outland, otherwise, it is called inland. I understand that "apply" does not mean that you already have PR.
If you get PR with EE and no PNP, you are free to go anywhere you like. But if you get PR with PNP, you must go to province which nominated you.
So what happen when a person combine PNP + PR with other conditions or have multiple PNPs ?
May a trained professional can help .
