I'm using the Submit application button on the stream page, all maintenance messages so far....

I don't think anyone said that it will open between 12 and 5...?

I'm getting both maintenance message and high traffic on two computers.

Just click the button submit application

If you open as Incognito Window, you will get the traffic msg!

I see, same to me here

I think if you logged in, you will get maintenance msg.
If you haven't (incognito mode), you will get traffic msg.

I sincerely hope they change the rules after this fiasco. This is a horrible way to get applications. They know we will swarm them, why not do it the EE or NOI way!??! All of us are losing sleep and hope while their IT person must be losing peace of mind dealing with so much traffic.

I am still stuck with error message!!!

So my experience was a two step system:

I was sitting refreshing the error message page (https://www.ontarioimmigration.gov.on.ca/oinp_index/resources/app/guest/index.html#!/)

then I started getting the maintenance page

then the maintenance page changed to the standard login page

then I was able to continue through and register
