No, first you have to create your one-key account in https://www.appenrol.one-key.gov.on.ca/UserMgmtWebApp/registration.iaa

With that credentials, you will enter the OINP program to reserve your spot.

After that, you will have 14 days to fill the application.

As per the below step, does it mean that we should not create Onekey account prior to pre-register if we are using portal for first time. Pls advise.

You need to enter the portal and register: https://www.ontarioimmigration.gov.on.ca/oinp_index/resources/app/guest/index.html#!/

Once you get in, you will see an option for the stream then it will ask you to login.

Troubleshoot tip
If you‘re redirected to a ONe-key page asking for an Enrollment Number and PIN while logging into the e-Filing Portal, this is a system error. To avoid this error, access the OINP e-Filing Portal directly from the applicable stream page.

Where did you get the high traffic msgs?
I'm using the Submit application button on the stream page, all maintenance messages so far....

If you open as Incognito Window, you will get the traffic msg!

How do you know that they will open between 12:00 to 5:00PM?
