I could use some help here... My husband's visa expires next August, they gave him only one year while I had 3 of PGWP... We've appplied for an extension in April, but without biometrics working, the process is not going anywhere for now.
Does anybody know if I can extend his OHIP even if he's in implied status? I've already have the PAL, I was thinking about using it, if it's possible.

Thanks!
I hope this link can help you.

In addition, PR applicant who is in progress is eligible to apply OHIP. You have to keep contacting and asking OHIP.

I’ve just seen the news about no needing biometric for inland processes - except PR, unfortunately. Now my husband extension might get some movement

Guys, I got an email from CIC today asking for Police Certificate for my Work Permit. In the letter it says

"This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. The following documents are required to continue processing your application".

I haven't applied for Temporary Residence, I applied for Work Permit. Does these two relate to each other?

Curious??
