the only concern for me is should I include my common-law partner into my application showing he's accompanying/ not accompanying... to be frankly we'd like to manage it as "not accompanying" , but on the other hand, I don't want to take the risk for my application (if the officer's doubt for the non-accompanying reason and not persuadable) ,if so, what reason should I use for "not accompanying" but we have a Canada borned baby? or should I hire a professional for this application?

does anyone knows that the processing time 15-19 months including the time for issuing the nomination letter or not? how long do we have to wait after the PR application submitted (paper based) untill getting the PR card?

I also got Bio Request on the Same day. So its normal :)
I got Biometric request few seconds before the AoR.. ;) . It took them 46 days from AR (courier delivered) to AoR. Not bad eh..?

15-19 months is advisory. Actually it can take a lot less time (Eg: 9 months total) based on how straightforward your application is. Follow this page to understand the trends..

15-19 does not include OINP processing. Just the PR processing time.

For those who already submitted the PR application package and had to translate documents:

Did you send the original translation document provided by the certified translator or a copy?
(my translator is emailing my documents today, but it takes a few days for the original copies to arrive by mail)

When you do a certified translation it already comes with a copy of the original document.

There's no such thing as "PR easily" ever... Do your research on Internet, check all the immigration processes and really focus on those that you could apply, only you can do that. Good luck!
